New Cards for Preschool Fundraiser

These cards were made by Cheryl S. and will be donated to the preschool fundraiser. Thank you so much Cheryl for making these cards. They will be a great addition to the card baskets.

Challenge - Are you interested?

We are planning on getting together every week for awhile to make some more fun creations for another fundraiser. This one will be a playground fundraiser for our Preschool. I thought it would be pretty cool to see if any of you stampers would be interested in sending a handmade card to add to our donation. We would be making handmade cards to go into a basket for someone to purchase for use through out the year when they need a card.

I am not sure how this would work, but I figured if anyone was interested, I would make it work somehow. Anyone interested?

In His Service,

Trina

I think this is all of them... Whew!

We had so much fun putting these together and donating them for our Youth Program at Church. These were donated for a silent auction to support the mission trip our Youth take to Mexico to help build churches and houses. I think both of the boxes of 25 or so cards went for 40 or more dollars per box! Way to go!!

Mother's Day Card

I created this Mother's Day card using the idea I got from Oaklad Regionals. I sealed an envelope and went from there. What do you think?

Yes, another group...

Here is another group we made Thursday night. We made so many cards I have had a hard time getting them all posted.

Here are a few more we made.

I love these simple Birthday cards. The colors are great together.

The above cards are a great addition to the Western Theme. I am so impressed with the cards that my group has produced.

Here are a few AWESOME additions also. I love the colored embossing on the black cardstock.

Priceless!!!

Ashley always amazes me with her creations. Some of this was inspired from the current SU catty. She did a wonderful job with color matching and masking. Awesome additions Ashley! Here are a few other creations from Ashley. She can really crank out some cards... I think I have one card completed for every four she completes. Great creativity!

These cards were out of her zone for color, but I think they are great.

What a Beauty!

Wow! This card turned out amazing! I love how Cheryl made it all come together. It is a very classic card.

First time stamper

Here are Diana's first attempts at stamping with us. She said she was not good at stamping, but I think she is a natural! Wait until you see some of her newer creations. She has found the art of embossing and is hooked! Great work Diana.

Here are her newer cards since she found the embossing!

Some fall cards...

Here we have a few cards for the fall. I love how simple these cards are, but how elegant they look. Way to go Lindsay!

Getting down to business...

I have a great group of ladies that I stamp with. We have been getting together to create a group of all occassion cards to put in a box and include as a silent auction item. Last year we had a couple boxes and they went over really well. We have created over 25 cards for each box, so I will be posting them in several posts over the next few days.

Here we have a case from our Regional make-n-takes. I love how easy this format is and how it can be used for many occassions.

Swap From Regionals - Oakland 2008

My downline was able to attend Regionals in Oakland this past weekend. This was her very first Stampin' Up event. It was very rewarding to get to share this event with her. She had her sister come as well. She had never swaped before and it was very exciting for both of us. She mad some 3D's and some cards and I was only able to get the 10 of my cards completed, but it was very fun to see the other beautiful creations we received. I really like the swap Danee (my downline) created and felt her picture deserved to get published.

Way to go Danee! It is beautiful!!!

Regional Projects - Oakland 2008

I had a great time at Regionals Saturday. I learned even more fun and creative ways to use Stampin' Up Stamps and accessories. I have taken pictures of all the projects we made at Regionals. They were pretty easy and I finished them at the seminar. Pretty good for a slow stamper!

Here are the card projects:

I have one more card to finish, but here are the scrapbook pages:

The scrapbook pages still have a few embelishments that cannot go on until you have mounted the pictures. I loved the way they both turned out. I have the hardest time getting ideas for scrapbooking and these were not that difficult.

2008 SU Regionals - Oakland

I am very excited to get to attend the Oakland Regionals. I cannot believe that it is only a few days away. I had intended to create quite a few swaps to take to Regionals because my first swap experience was so rewarding. It is so nice to get so many great ideas from some really wonderful people. Well, my intentions were good, but time was not in my favor. I was able to create 10 swaps. Yes... 10. I know that I will enjoy the swap and kick myself for not planning earlier. It is really difficult to plan so far in advance when your specialty is procrastination.

Here is what my swap looks like:

I was going for simple but classy.

More to come soon.

God Bless,

Trina

I am back....

Sorry for the lack of posting, but things have been crazy. I had a great time at a 10 for $10 that I attended last weekend that was put on by Beck Roberts. Her creativity always inspires me. Here are a few of the projects that we made.

Samples From Convention

This is a Pull Card that we created at the Pajama Stamp-a-Rama on the first evening of Convention. This used the Outlaw DP and the Wanted stamp set. I did not think I was going to like the Wanted set, but it has really grown on me. The embossed dots are created using the Crop-a-dial.

This is a 6x6 scrap book page from the pj party as well. I really like the looks of the Boho West.

Don't forget about the Dormant List

Dormant List

The Dormant List contains stamp sets that, while they have not been retired, will not be listed in the Fall/Winter Collection 2007. These sets are available for purchase from July 1, 2007 through January 1, 2008 and may or may not be listed again in future catalogs.
